How to play

Move all 104 cards, including every devil, onto the eight same-suit Ace-to-King foundations.

  • Two decks form seven tableau columns of one through seven cards with only each top card face up. Seven single-card reserves hold the devils, one card starts the waste, and the rest remain in a one-pass stock.
  • Move only one tableau or waste card at a time onto a card one rank higher in the opposite color, or into any empty column. The seven devil cards can move only to their matching suit foundations, which build from Ace through King. Draw stock cards singly with no redeal.
  • Move all 104 cards, including every devil, onto the eight same-suit Ace-to-King foundations.

Strategy tips

  • Check both copies of each low foundation rank before committing tableau space, because one inaccessible devil can permanently block every card above it.
  • A devil is not a free cell: it cannot enter the tableau or swap with another reserve card, even when that move would fit the alternating-color sequence.
  • Keep at least one tableau vacancy flexible for stock cards and clear a devil as soon as its exact foundation predecessor appears.
