How to play

Fill all thirteen rank piles to four cards, producing four complete same-suit layers with alternating colors between depths.

  • All fifty-two cards begin in stock, the waste is empty, and thirteen empty foundation piles represent ranks Ace through King.
  • Draw stock cards singly to waste. A waste card enters only the pile matching its rank, with at most four cards per pile. The first card placed at a depth fixes that entire layer's suit across all thirteen ranks, while successive cards within each rank pile must alternate color. One waste redeal is available.
  • Fill all thirteen rank piles to four cards, producing four complete same-suit layers with alternating colors between depths.

Strategy tips

  • Choose each new layer's suit only when many matching waste cards are reachable, and track the required opposite color above every partially filled rank pile.
  • A card with the correct rank can still be illegal when its suit differs from the layer or its color matches the prior card in that rank pile.
  • On the final pass, follow the fixed layer suit as a queue and place every matching rank immediately before another waste card covers it.
