Cicely begins with two decks divided among a structured reserve, eight working columns, paired suited foundations, and one-pass stock rounds. The Cicely deal identity and PySolFC Cicely v1 are stored together. Restarting Cicely reproduces this opening exactly.
During Cicely, you extend an exposed tableau pile by the neighbouring rank of its suit in either direction, promote available cards, and deal prescribed stock cards without recycling. The Cicely engine rejects profile violations, unavailable material, and every action attempted after Cicely reaches a terminal result.
