Complete guide
Eiffel Tower Solitaire is a complete browser implementation with its own versioned rules profile. Build twenty tower piles by placing each waste card on a top card whose value complements it to fourteen.

Move only the current waste card, placing it on any tower top when the two values total fourteen. Suit is irrelevant, and the next stock card is exposed automatically after a successful placement.
Use every stock and waste card on the twenty tower piles, leaving both stock and waste empty. Track the final stock order against the exposed tower values, preserving at least one compatible top for each of the last few waste cards.
Compare the waste against all twenty visible tops and prefer a destination whose new top leaves several copies of its complement available later in the double deck. This is not a pair-removal game: the tower's existing top remains underneath the waste card, and only the newly placed card controls the next match on that pile.
